i appreciated the location, very close to the beach. the staff was supportive. deepak and suraj were particularly helpful. the surrounding area was good.
the breakfast options were quite basic, consisting mainly of bread, butter, and tea.

the location is superb, placing you just three minutes from the beach, yet it remains a quiet environment. the garden is well maintained and quite nice. it provides a tranquil setting very close to the vibrant beach area.

The room was a letdown. the bathroom was particularly bad. There weren't even basic toiletries provided, and the condition was poor. the ac barely worked, so it wasn't actually cooling the room effectively. this.

The bathroom lacked basic maintenance. The shower pressure was weak. A latch was missing from the bathroom door. This was not acceptable. The television was not functional. I expect these amenities to work.

The location is great, close to the beach. I could rent a scooter on site, convenient. The hotel features a VERY beautiful garden. The staff was friendly and helpful.
